To start a uVNC remote support session, click the link below and save it to your desktop. Then double click the file, run it and double click on "internet support". Since this does not install anything on your local machine you will need to manually start the remote session everytime you need assistance. Please note that the UAC will need to be disabled if you will not be sitting in front of the machine.
